Registration, payment, transportation
and cancellation policies.
- Registration: To register and
reserve your place in the Playas del Sur Spanish program
submit your application form and full payment as early as
possible. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a
registered adult or submit the parental consent form with
their application. Registration fee is non-refundable.
- Payment deadline and method:
Full payment is due no later than two weeks before your
program's start date (the first day of homestay or class).
Payment can be made to Playas del Sur by U.S. check or bank
check, or bank wire transfer (add $35 fee). Program dates
are only guaranteed with full pre-payment.
- Transportation service: Notify
the school in writing of the date, time, airline and flight
number of your arrival to Managua no later than one week or
3 days before your arrival date. Large objects such as
surfboards will be charged an additional of US $5. If you
are arriving on a late flight, or your flight has been
delayed, we can pick you up. This is not included in your
program cost and will need to be paid by you.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing
or via e-mail and must be received by Playas del Sur Spanish
School by the applicable deadline to be eligible for a the
complete or 50% refund. A refund may take up to 4 weeks to
be processed. Please let the school know about any change of
plans as soon as possible.
